This Privacy Policy explains how The Coherent Home, operated by Ramsay Mead (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit this website, sign up for our emails, or book an environmental assessment of your home.

We collect only what we need to provide our services and stay in touch with you.

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, home address and details about your home when you contact us or book an assessment, and your email address when you request the free guide or join our mailing list.
Information gathered during an assessment: measurement readings, notes and photographs of the rooms we assess, and the recommendations in your report.
Information collected automatically: technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit, collected through server logs and cookies.

2. How we use your information

To provide, schedule and follow up on assessments, and to prepare your written report.
To send you the free guide you requested.
To send marketing emails, such as healthy-home tips, news and offers, where you have signed up to receive them.
To reply to your questions and keep records of our communications.
To operate, secure and improve this website.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Email marketing

When you sign up for the free guide or our mailing list, we will send you the guide and occasional emails about sleep, healthy homes and our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop messages about an assessment you have booked.

We may use a third-party email service provider to store your email address and send our emails. These providers may use standard tools, such as open and click tracking, to tell us whether our emails are delivered and read.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:

With service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email delivery, scheduling and payment processing. They may use it only to provide services to us.
With a professional, such as a licensed electrician, if you ask us to refer you, and only with your permission.
When required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as intended. The site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

We keep assessment records and reports for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal and tax requirements. We keep mailing-list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
